What is POLYWOOD lumber made of?
Our proprietary lumber is primarily made from recycled ocean-bound and landfill-bound plastic, including milk jugs and detergent bottles, which is then transformed into high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
How do I clean my outdoor furniture?
For basic cleaning, simply use a soft-bristle brush with warm water and a mild soap. For deeper cleaning, a pressure washer (under 1,500 psi) can be used to remove stubborn dirt or debris.
Does the furniture require seasonal storage?
No. POLYWOOD furniture is built to withstand all four seasons and harsh climates, including hot sun, snowy winters, and heavy coastal winds, without rotting, splintering, or peeling.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Most items ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
