  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of each box.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to an authorized carrier drop-off location or contact us to arrange a freight pickup for larger, oversized items.
